That's right. The same guy that bases his main comic in New Orleans, Louisiana; who was also born and raised in Livingston Parish in a little town called Walker, that also self-published a book of photographs and essays about life in the Bayou State is finally going to table at his very first Louisiana Comic Con. But, we're keeping things small.
I'll be tabling at the end of this month at the Livingston Parish Library Comic Con on Saturday, March 39th from 10am-3pm. It's one day only-and I think I'll be outside underneath the big tent. At least, that's what I'm told. This will be my first time participating in a Louisiana show and one so close to where I grew up!
I'm not sure if I have very many "fans" in Louisiana, but I'm hoping to make some while I'm there. So, if you're reading this and you're anywhere close to Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Walker or surrounding areas you should definitely come out and say hey!
The event will take place at the Denham Springs-Walker branch. I'm not quite sure where that's at but I'm sure the Library's webpage can point you in the right direction!
